Exchanges/ Returns

We stand behind our products. Period. If there is a problem with the fit or quality of your dress we would be more than happy to exchange or return the item and get you exactly what you need.

Please email us at EMAILADDRESS with “Exchange” or “Return” in the subject line. We will walk you through the process and do our best to make it quick and easy for you!

Here’s the thing- if this gets abused, we will adjust our policy. We are doing our best to serve you, please do not take advantage of this. If women are wearing and returning garments just because they know they can, this will disappear. Don’t ruin it for everyone.

Sizing Issues
With issues concerning sizing you have 30 days from the time you receive your item(s) to send your unworn merchandise back to us. We will exchange your item for a better fit or issue a full refund. You will be reimbursed the purchase price of the product to either your original method of payment or as merchandise credit.
Gift Exchanges/ Returns
If you received your item as a gift and it isn’t quite right, we would be more than happy to exchange your item or return it for merchandise credit
Defective Items
With issues concerning damaged or faulty items PLEASE send them back. We will replace your item no questions asked.
If a garment rips after a few wears, becomes distorted after being washed and dried, or snags send it back. If it looks like an animal attacked it after only a few washes send it back. If a shoulder seam rips for no reason send it back. Clothing should not do this, especially new clothing. We hold our clothing to high standards because you deserve it, don’t settle for junk.
Special Conditions
In order to protect our product guarantee and the amazing Mommas who should be benefiting from it, here are a few situations in which we cannot accept a return or exchange. These situations include:
- Merchandise that has been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents
            example: don’t let your dog eat your dress
- Items returned for reasons unrelated to the performance of the product
            example: you’re done breastfeeding/ pumping
- Soiled/ contaminated merchandise. Please wash it before you return it.
- Habitual abuse of our return policy
